Candidate Rallies

For your information:

As part of its 2022 electoral campaign in support of our Republican/Conservative candidates, The Ulster County for Trump movement is launching a series of weekly rallies modeled after those of 2020.

There will be a rally every Saturday starting August 6th and ending November 5th, when it will be followed up with a car caravan. The rallies will run from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. and will focus on the eight candidates shown on the notice below. Everyone is welcome to join the rallies and candidates are welcome to come meet ’n greet and address participants.

In addition to the rallies and related social media activities, there are plans for phone and door-to-door campaigns starting in October.

Notices and reports will be issued weekly. Visit
https://truthsocial.com/@RayUCFT and https://www.facebook.com/UlsterCountyForTrump/, for more information and an invitation to join the private Facebook group. To receive email and text notices directly, email your contact information to RayUCFT@gmail.com.

A Special Election—August 23, 2022

A special election will be held on August 23,2022.

The election is to fill the vacated seat of Congressman Antonio Delgado (D) who has been appointed by Kathy Hochul to serve as lieutenant-governor.

On the ballot in that election is
Marc Molinaro, who has the endorsement of both the Republican and Conservative parties as the next Congressman for District 19. Marc will then go on to run for the congressional seat again in the November election. In this special election, Molinaro will be opposed by Pat Ryan (D).

Everyone, regardless of party, is entitled to vote in this election. Hopefully there will be a huge turnout for Marc Molinaro. Momentum is everything.

If you find that you will be unable to vote on August 23rd, Absentee Ballot information can be obtained at the
UC Board of Elections website.

Marc Molinaro attended a recent political meeting. Click

Redistricting based upon the 2020 Census numbers moves Saugerties into District 41, which is currently represented by State Senator Sue Serino (R) and she will be on the ballot in November. So, while she is an incumbent, she is new to us. A quick video of State Senator Sue Serino is available—click here or below. For further information about Sue Serino, see the Senate website.

New York's New Gun Law

New York's Governor, Kathy Hochul and Democrats recently signed the unconstitutional New York's Concealed Carry Improvement Act, which prohibits firearms in specific places and places other limits and restrictions on firearms. (read about that law here, from cityandstateny.com)

NYGOP Chairman Langworthy, together with NY Conservative Party Chairman Kassar, announce a coalition to challenge Hochul's unconstitutional gun law.

We need a new governor—vote for Lee Zeldin in November.
